Welcome to Noblyr. We believe that your marriage is a sacred and private sanctuary. Our Privacy Policy is designed with one core principle: your conversations belong to you. We use modern inference tools to help you communicate with love, but we never compromise the security of your heart-to-heart moments.
2. Information We Collect
- Account Essentials: Your email and authentication details provided via Google or secure email login.
- Noble Identity: Your display name and sex used to personalize your experience and themes.
- Relational Context: Securely linked partner information to enable your private two-person space.
- Sanctuary Content: Your messages, reframed drafts, coaching sessions, and insights.
3. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. Your message content is encrypted in our database so that it is not stored in plain text. While we take strong precautions, no system can guarantee absolute security.
When you use our inference tools, your input may be processed by Google Vertex AI to generate responses. Google does not use this data to train its foundation models. The data is used to provide real-time functionality and may be temporarily processed or logged in accordance with Google Cloud's policies.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your information to:
- Facilitate your private connection with your spouse.
- Provide wisdom and reframing through our inference tools.
- Manage your secure account and preferences.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
5. Third-Party Services
We do not sell your data. Period. Your conversations are not a product.
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate Noblyr:
- Firebase (Google Cloud) — authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure.
- Google Cloud Vertex AI — inference processing for message reframing and coaching features.
These providers process data only as necessary to deliver core functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. You may delete your account at any time, which permanently removes your data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe. Data sent to our inference provider for processing is not retained by us beyond what is necessary to provide the response; however, our provider may temporarily retain data per their own policies.
7. Children's Privacy
Noblyr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
8. Your Rights & Control
You have full control over your sanctuary. You may update your profile or delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data, message history, coaching sessions, and all shared content from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required for legal or operational purposes.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
