We use modern inference tools to help you communicate with love, but we never compromise the security of your heart-to-heart moments.

  • Account Essentials: Your email and authentication details provided via Google or secure email login.
  • Noble Identity: Your display name and sex used to personalize your experience and themes.
  • Relational Context: Securely linked partner information to enable your private two-person space.
  • Sanctuary Content: Your messages, reframed drafts, and insights—all protected by encryption.

3. Security by Design: Encrypted Storage

Your message content is encoded so that only you and your linked spouse can view it. We utilize private database storage patterns where even our system administrators cannot read your personal messages.

Note: When you use our language modeling tools to reframe a message, that specific text is processed transiently by our inference services. This data is not stored permanently by the modeling tools and is never used to train global models.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your information solely to:

  • Facilitate your private connection with your spouse.
  • Provide gentle wisdom and reframing through our inference tools.
  • Manage your secure account and preferences.
  • Improve the wisdom and empathy of our modeling tools without retaining your personal history.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. Period. Your conversations are not a product. We only share data with necessary service providers (like Firebase for hosting and Google for inference) to keep the sanctuary running.

6. Your Rights & Control

You have full control over your sanctuary. You may update your profile or delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deleting your account permanently erases your personal data, message history, coaching sessions, and all shared content from our active systems.
