By entering Noblyr ("the Sanctuary"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you do not use the app.

Noblyr provides a secure, private space for married couples to improve their communication through wisdom-driven tools. Our services include:

  • Language modeling tools to reframe messages with noble intent.
  • Gentle wisdom and tone analysis for relationship growth.
  • Private, encrypted messaging between linked spouses.
  • Engagement tools like weekly check-ins and insights.

3. Important: Not Professional Advice

Noblyr is a communication aid, not a substitute for professional marriage counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Our inference tools provide suggestions based on language patterns, but they do not understand the full complexity of your relationship. If you are experiencing serious difficulties or safety concerns, please seek guidance from a qualified human professional.

4. Creating Your Secure Account

To protect your sanctuary, you must:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Maintain the secrecy of your login credentials.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities within your private space.

5. Noble Conduct

You agree to use Noblyr only for the purpose of fostering understanding and love in your relationship. Harassment, abuse, or attempts to circumvent the Sanctuary's security features are strictly prohibited.

6. Respecting Your Ownership

Your conversations belong to you. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Noblyr's tools. In return, you grant us the limited right to process your content transiently to provide you with our wisdom-driven insights.

7. Termination of Access

You may leave the Sanctuary at any time by deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend access if these terms are violated, ensuring the safety of all our users.
